It can be scary when a friend or loved one is talking about suicide. If someone you know has any warning signs we encourage you to call 911. The dispatchers will send someone to do a wellness check to ensure the safety and welfare of the person you are worried about.
You can call our non-emergency line 24/7 at (269)-948-4800 and our trained staff will help you locate resources that can help. We prefer you call or text us at 911 as suicide is a serious struggle for many.
You can call the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) and talk with a crisis counselor 24/7. If you are a Veteran, call the lifeline and press 1
You can text the Crisis Text Line at 741741 24/7 if you prefer to text.

You can report someone as suicidal on Facebook at the link below. A member of Facebook's Safety Team will contact the user and keep it anonymous.
